We hold classes 7 days a week. Classes are primarily held between 5:30p-9:15p M-F. We also do classes on Saturday mornings/afternoons and on Sundays. Small group personal training sessions are held on the Saturdays & Sundays mornings at 9:00am. Sometimes we add more if demand persists.
Absolutely! We specialize in working with beginners and have plenty of modifications. We will adapt any of the moves to your fitness levels.
We offer a variety of classes ranging from 30 minutes to one hour.
